Maple Molten Lava Cake


2x eggs

2x egg yolks

150ml of dark chocolate

3tbsp maple pecan nut butter

1/4 cup of brown sugar

4tbsp plain flour

1/4 cup of vegan butter (melted)


1. Prep your ramekins with butter and cacao powder

2. Melt your chocolate and butter together

3. Add the sugar into the bowl and combine

4. In a separate bowl, whisk your eggs and egg yolks together until white and creamy. Fold in the chocolate mixture along with your flour

5. Fill your ramekins halfway and pop onto an over tray

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes

7. Serve immediately.
